Job Description:

At KyLeads, we’re looking for the crème de la crème. Talented individuals with massive amounts of potential who look at complex software engineering problems with joy. You take pride in building amazing products – the kind of product that makes people go “wow.”

We code primarily in html css,js (jquery, vuejs), and Laravel.  We love Github, call it one of our best friends, have an obsession with quality code, appreciate continuous development, DevOps, and robust testing. We may push to production several times a day but we’re not afraid of holding a release until it meets the standard we’ve set for ourselves. 

You can expect to have regular meetings with your team lead and other developers to discuss best practices and how you can grow as an engineer.

Requirements: 

Must haves: 

1. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training
2. 4 years+ experience as a software engineer
3. Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases
4. Comfortable with multiple programming languages and data storage systems
5. Experience developing and using APIs 
6. Excellent problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills
7. Ability to work in a team environment but take ownership of your projects independently
8. You move fast and care about the quality of work you produce
